If a manager initiates a command to restart all ticket machines and a high volume of ticket machines are present, ETM will fatally crash and stop responding. This is due to ETM using too many CPU cycles, and eventually getting killed. The results are catastrophic. ETC stops working, and all machines may eventually freeze or crash aswell. This will be fixed by having ETM schedule the restart of machines instead of restarting all of them at once.
